Job summary

Humana, Inc. is seeking an Associate Director, Learning Experience and Platforms to lead the enterprise learning strategy and LMS ecosystem. You will govern the LMS, evaluate platforms, and drive modernization to meet learner and business needs.

This remote role partners with Learning, Technology, Procurement, and vendors, with occasional travel to Louisville, KY. The position emphasizes strategic thinking and collaboration across multi-stakeholder teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required.
• 6+ years in learning technology, learning experience, HR technology, digital platforms, or related disciplines.
• 2+ years of management experience.
• Experience leading enterprise LMS implementation, migration, or platform transformation.
• Experience with Cornerstone, Docebo, or comparable enterprise learning platforms.
• Experience managing enterprise technology platforms or complex digital ecosystems.
• Experience leading complex technology initiatives with multiple stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Lead strategy, governance, administration of the LMS and learning tech portfolio.
• Evaluate platforms and tools based on learner and business needs.
• Monitor emerging learning technologies including AI, analytics, and personalization.
• Lead or support LMS implementations, migrations, and platform transformations.
• Partner with Learning, Technology, Procurement, vendors and partners to translate requirements into solutions.
• Balance today’s learning ecosystem operations with modernization efforts.
