Compass Group USA is seeking an Associate Director of Business Development (Remote) to drive future pipeline and strengthen proactive prospecting across the sales team. You will partner with Regional Sales Directors and Inside Sales to translate market priorities into qualified leads and opportunities.

This role focuses on market analysis, strategy, and collaboration across Sales, with commission eligibility and exposure to the full Compass sales process. Travel is expected 20–50%.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years' experience in a B2B sales environment.
• Experience supporting or driving strategic sales initiatives.

Responsabilités

• Build future pipeline with Regional Sales Directors and leadership.
• Strengthen prospecting efforts and convert opportunities into new business.
• Develop market analyses and target lists based on intelligence.
• Collaborate with Inside Sales to create outreach campaigns.
