Canteen, part of Compass Group USA, seeks an Associate Director of Business Development to support regional sales leaders and drive new business growth. You will generate leads, assist with proposals, bids, and contracts, and leverage AI-enabled tools to boost research and productivity.

Qualificações

• High energy and positive attitude with strong communication and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to support and collaborate with top sales professionals.
• Proficient with Excel, PowerPoint, CRM systems, LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo and similar tools.
• Familiarity with AI-driven tools to improve efficiency and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Support Regional Sales Directors in pursuing new business opportunities.
• Provide dedicated support to high-revenue sales teams and manage research.
• Identify new opportunities across multiple verticals and service lines.
• Conduct prospect research using LinkedIn Navigator, ZoomInfo and data platforms.
• Help manage pipeline, CRM data, and sales reporting.
• Assist with proposal, bid development, and strategy sessions.
• Develop presentations with PowerPoint and Excel; support contract development.
• Travel approximately 20–50% as needed.
