Motion is seeking a Junior Customer Success Manager to join our SMB team, supporting hundreds of small and mid-sized brands using Motion and Runneth. You’ll learn the product, the customers, and our playbook, with a Senior CSM mentoring you as you grow into a full CSM.

This role emphasizes written communication and proactive customer engagement in a remote environment. You’ll work primarily in Slack and email, with short screen-share sessions, and you’ll be trained across Motion and Runneth to

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume hospitality.
• Already moving toward tech on your own.
• You have built something from nothing.
• High agency and initiative in solving problems.
• You explain things clearly in writing.
• You care about people and their experience.
• Exceptional organization and ability to run tight systems.
• Bonus: exposure to marketing/ecommerce or CRM tools.

Responsibilities

• Run Runneth 101 and teach new customers how to use the AI agent in their first week.
• Monitor signals and proactively reach out to customers.
• Bring accounts back by diagnosing issues and re-engaging users.
• Respond quickly with clear, concise written communications.
• Maintain clean, thorough records in HubSpot.
• Become fluent in Motion and Runneth within 30 days.
