Job summary
Process Street is seeking an early-career Customer Success professional to join our fully remote team. You will nurture customer relationships, guide onboarding, and help clients realize value from our no-code automation platform.
You don’t need past CSM experience; you should love working with people, solving problems, and learning how teams operate. You’ll work US business hours for US customers, with flexibility across PT/MT/CT.
Qualifications
- Must enjoy building relationships with customers.
- Startup/entrepreneurial mindset with a can-do attitude.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Curious about AI, automation, and no-code workflows.
Responsibilities
- Build trusted relationships with customers and learn how each one works.
- Guide onboarding, implementation, and training for new customers.
- Support existing customers by answering questions and highlighting features.
- Contribute to guides, webinars, and Help Center content.
- Collaborate with other teams to align product roadmap with customer needs.
- Identify expansion opportunities and act on them strategically.
- Monitor churn, value realization, and customer health metrics.
- Experiment with AI/tools to help customers work smarter.
- Maintain a focus on delivering delightful customer experiences.
