Job summary

Motion seeks a Junior Customer Success Manager to join its SMB team, guiding hundreds of small and mid-sized brands in using Motion and Runneth, the AI agent, to optimize ad campaigns. You will learn from a senior CSM and grow into a full-fledged CSM through hands-on training and daily AI usage.

You should bring 2+ years in high‑volume hospitality, a drive to move toward tech, and a knack for clear written communication. Expect fast-paced, remote-first teamwork with opportunities to advance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in high-volume hospitality (server, front desk, etc.).
• Interest in tech and AI tools; self-motivated to learn.
• Strong written communication; able to explain concepts clearly.

Responsibilities

• Run Runneth 101 and teach new customers how to use the AI agent.
• Monitor signals and reach out proactively to at-risk customers.
• Re-engage dormant accounts and drive product adoption.
• Respond quickly with concise, clear messages to customers.
• Document conversations in HubSpot for the team.
