Job summary

Motive is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Customer Success to lead a remote US-based team of 6–9 Strategic Customer Success Managers. You will own account-level strategy, retention, renewals, and upsell targets for high-value strategic clients, collaborating with Directors of Strategic Accounts and regional leaders.

You will build playbooks, use data to forecast net revenue retention, and advocate for clients with internal stakeholders.

Qualifications

• 5+ years leading Customer Success teams in B2B SaaS.
• Experience managing large ARR portfolios and enterprise clients.
• Proven ability to drive retention and revenue expansion.

Responsibilities

• Lead a remote US-based team of 6–9 Strategic Customer Success Managers.
• Own account-level strategy, retention, renewals and upsell targets for strategic clients.
• Develop and iterate playbooks to drive outcomes for high-value customers.
• Collaborate with Directors of Strategic Accounts, Regional VPs, and cross-functional teams.
• Forecast net revenue retention and advocate for customer needs within the company.
• Manage executive reviews, account planning and high-touch service for key accounts.
