You will support senior BD staff, manage smaller client accounts, and participate in trade shows as needed.

• Experience with outbound calling of any type which can include calls to customers, clients, members, alumni etc.
• Ability to drive to client sites.
• Ability to travel greater than 40% of time.

Aufgaben

• Assist Business Development Executives in daily management of accounts and quarterly business reviews.
• Take and provide comprehensive meeting notes during client meetings.
• Directly manage smaller client accounts and support lead generation initiatives.
• Research drug development companies and maintain Salesforce records.
• Attend client meetings and prepare minutes within two days of meetings.
• Support PCI site visits, prepare slide decks and arrange presentations.
• Support submission of legal documents (CDAs, MSAs) to PCI and client legal teams.
