Job summary

Salesforce is seeking an Associate Account Partner to join our Professional Services team within Business Services and Travel, Transportation, and Hospitality. You will drive pipeline by aligning offerings with strategic customers, partnering with license sales, product experts, and Customer Success to unlock real value on the Salesforce Platform.

You will work on cross-functional initiatives, build industry expertise, and travel up to 20% as needed, while maintaining a remote-first approach.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in technology sales or technology implementation.
• Consistently meets or exceeds quota with multi-week to multi-month sales cycles.
• Experience navigating complex customer situations and gaining executive buy-in.
• Ability to prioritize and perform under pressure with strong attention to detail.
• Experience facilitating meetings and presenting to executive-level audiences.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified opportunities within the current customer base, driving deals through a full sales cycle to closed won.
• Work with license sales and customers using a consultative selling approach.
• Craft compelling POVs and pitch entry-point service engagements and expansions.
• Partner cross-functionally on account strategy with Account Partners and Customer Success teams.
• Build industry expertise and align to customers' strategic goals.
