Qualifications

• 3+ years of technology sales experience or technology implementation experience.
• Proven ability to close deals and meet or exceed quota.
• Experience presenting to executive-level audiences in a concise, persuasive manner.
• Ability to navigate complex customer environments and gain executive buy-in.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Identify and create new qualified opportunities within the current customer base, driving deals through a full sales cycle to closed won.
• Collaborate with license sales, customers, and product experts to position Salesforce Services as a long-term trusted advisor.
• Craft POVs and pitch entry-point service engagements and expansions that drive real business value.
• Partner cross-functionally on account strategy with Account Partners and Customer Success teams.
• Develop industry expertise and align offerings to customers' strategic goals.
