Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager to maintain and grow relationships with existing commercial and industrial customers in an assigned territory. You will make outbound and handle inbound calls to retain business while expanding penetration by selling the full range of Republic Services products.

The role emphasizes understanding services, pricing, and offers across lines of business, with regular reviews with the Sales Manager to track progress and profitability.

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or G.E.D. (Required).
• 0 - 2 years of customer service experience. (Required).
• Waste or transportation industry experience (Preferred).

Aufgaben

• Maintain and retain existing customers proactively in the territory.
• Develop knowledge of services, pricing structures, and offers additional services.
• Perform contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per policy.
• Support pricing initiatives with customers.
• Use Salesforce daily to document calls, meetings and proposals.
• Capture customer emails and minimize rate restrictions and credits.
• Increase penetration by selling the full Republic Services product suite.
• Meet with Sales Manager to review retention activities and progress.
