Republic Services, Inc. in the United States is seeking an Associate Account Manager to proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory, and to grow penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products.

The role requires outbound and inbound calling, daily Salesforce use to schedule activities and proposals, and collaboration with the Sales Manager to review retention progress and key customer

Qualifikationen

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• 0–2 years of customer service experience is required.
• Residence in Central or Eastern time zones is preferred.

Aufgaben

• Maintain and retain existing customers on a daily basis.
• Develop knowledge of services, pricing, and offers to assigned customers.
• Perform contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Respond to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
• Communicate pricing initiatives to customers.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to document calls, meetings, and proposals.
• Capture customer emails and manage credits.
• Increase penetration by selling the full product suite.
• Meet with the Sales Manager weekly to review progress and key relationships.
