Job summary

Republic Services, a leader in environmental services, is seeking an Associate Account Executive for a remote-based role supporting multiple local field Account Executive teams. You will prospect, build lists, and close self-generated opportunities to contribute to team goals.

The role emphasizes outbound calling, CRM-driven tracking, and collaboration with AE teams to optimize lead generation and sales outcomes across a national scope.

Qualifications

• 0-2 years of sales or customer-facing experience identifying and addressing customer needs.
• Outbound cold calling to generate interest and leads for Republic Services products.
• Experience using Salesforce CRM for tracking leads, opportunities and activity.

Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective customers to generate quality leads and close sales.
• Work with Account Executive teams to build targeted lead lists and coordinate efforts.
• Log calls and activities in Salesforce, track timelines and update opportunities.
• Support AE teams by sharing best practices and coordinating lead generation efforts.
• Attend sales meetings and training to stay current on Republic Services products and services.
