Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Account Manager to proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory.

The role aims to increase penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products and building long-term loyalty. You will develop knowledge of services, pricing, and offers, manage contractual re-sings where appropriate, and collaborate with operations to resolve issues while representing Republic

Qualifications

• 1 year of relevant sales experience is required.
• Valid driver’s license required.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintain and retain relationships with existing customers in the assigned territory.
• Increase customer penetration by selling the full Republic Services product suite.
• Utilize Salesforce daily to schedule and document calls, meetings, and proposals; capture customer emails and respond to inquiries.
• Coordinate with operations to address customer service issues and ensure satisfaction.
• Engage in company activities, events, and trade shows to raise Republic Services visibility.
