Qualifications

• 0-2 years of customer service experience.
• High school diploma or GED is required.

Responsibilities

• Proactively maintains and retains existing customers.
• Develops knowledge of services, pricing structures and offers additional services.
• Performs contractual re-signs on existing customers to extend relationships and profitability.
• Responds to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
• Communicates pricing initiatives to customers and updates records.
• Captures customer emails and manages communications related to pricing and credits.
• Increases customer penetration by selling the full suite of products.
• Meets with Sales Manager to review retention efforts and status of relationships.
