Republic Services, Inc. is seeking an Associate Account Manager to proactively maintain and grow relationships with existing small to mid-size commercial and industrial waste customers in an assigned territory.

The role includes outbound and inbound calls to retain business and increase penetration by selling the full suite of Republic Services products. The ideal candidate will understand our pricing structures, be capable of handling reinsertion of contracts, and use Salesforce daily to track

Formación

• High school diploma or GED required.
• 0-2 years of customer service experience required.
• Waste or transportation industry experience preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Proactively maintains and retains existing customers on a daily basis.
• Develops knowledge of services, pricing structures, and offers additional services to existing customers.
• Performs contractual re-signs to extend relationships and profitability.
• Responds to cancellation requests per escalation policy.
• Communicates pricing initiatives with customers.
• Uses Salesforce daily to schedule and document activities.
