Job summary

Ascend Learning is seeking a client-facing Associate Account Manager for ATI. You’ll manage major accounts, identify upsell prospects, and perform customer insight analysis across the South region, with up to 50% travel.

You’ll support Solutions Executives, help grow territory pipelines, and provide data-driven insights, while maintaining CRM records and delivering outstanding client service. This is a remote role with regional focus in the U.S.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1+ years of sales account management experience within industry.
• Professional presence and business acumen.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong presentation skills.
• Strong analytical abilities for sales data interpretation and trend identification.
• Proficiency in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
• Up to 50% travel expected.

Responsibilities

• Assist Account Managers in identifying new business and upsell opportunities.
• Support Solutions Executives in outreach efforts to boost ATI awareness and generate leads.
• Support territory management, pipeline development, and referrals.
• Pull data to assist with business reviews and forecasting.
• Conduct live product demos of ATI products and bundles.
• Provide backup support for district vacancies to foster new prospects.
• Collaborate with internal teams to strengthen go‑to‑market strategies and client service.
• Maintain CRM records and ensure lead quality.
