Job summary

Ascend Learning, LLC is seeking an Account Manager for ATI to build and close business with healthcare education clients in the Great Lakes region. You will manage a large client base, support expansion, and maintain strong relationships while traveling approximately three field days per week in the Ohio territory.

This remote role offers competitive base pay and incentives. You will develop sales strategies, upsell opportunities, and work with internal teams to address client requirements,

Qualifications

• 3+ years of sales account management experience in outside sales.
• Strong negotiation skills for favorable client deals and mutual gains.
• Adept written communication for sales documentation.
• Ability to build trust and maintain regular contact for upsell opportunities.
• Strong analytical abilities for sales data interpretation and trends.

Responsibilities

• Present, sell and close business, addressing client objectives and leveraging internal support.
• Develop strategic road maps to drive positive outcomes for clients.
• Map client stakeholders across champions, users, technical staff, and decision-makers.
• Manage and nurture the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Maintain and grow existing relationships, review accounts, and identify upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate deals, provide guidance, and develop growth strategies using market insights.
• Collaborate with clients and internal teams for successful implementations.
• Develop and report on sales activity, forecasts, and market dynamics to management.
• Conduct strategic reviews to align solutions with clients and market trends.
