Ascend Learning seeks an Account Manager for ATI testing in the South region, including North Carolina and South Carolina territories. You’ll develop sales strategies, manage a large client base, upsell, and collaborate with internal teams to meet client objectives.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in outside sales account management, with travel around three field days per week. Remote work from NC/SC is supported.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor’s degree is required.
• 3+ years of sales account management experience within outside sales required.
• Strong negotiation skills for favorable client deals and understanding client needs.
• Adept written communication for sales documentation.
• Ability to build trust and maintain regular contact for upsell/cross-sell opportunities.
• Strong analytical abilities for sales data interpretation and trend identification.
• Average of 3 field travel days per week.

• Present, sell and close business while addressing client objectives and pain points.
• Build strategic road maps to drive positive outcomes and solutions.
• Map client stakeholders and identify decision-makers.
• Manage and nurture the sales pipeline with timely follow-ups and progress tracking.
• Maintain and grow existing client relationships and identify upsell opportunities.
• Negotiate deals and provide customer guidance.
• Develop and report on sales activity, forecasts and market dynamics.
• Conduct strategic reviews to align solutions with clients.
