Job summary

Granicus, a leading GovTech company, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to own named accounts, build pipeline from the ground up, and close deals end to end. This remote-first role puts you on the front line of our sales organization, with a clear path to Account Executive.

You will learn from top performers, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and develop the skills that prepare you for AE roles.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of sales experience, preferably software or SaaS.
• Proven history of excellence with quota attainment or awards.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite, Salesforce, Gong, and AI productivity tools.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.

Responsibilities

• Prospect your named accounts: research, map, and engage decision-makers.
• Run and close higher-velocity deals from first conversation to signature.
• Lead with value by connecting agency goals to Granicus solutions.
• Forecast with rigor using Salesforce and AI tools to sharpen every conversation.
