Job summary

Granicus, a remote-first government technology leader, is seeking an Associate Account Executive to own a named set of accounts, build pipeline from the ground up, and close deals end to end. You will sit at the front line of our sales organization, learning from top-performing AEs and leaders while helping agencies modernize how they serve millions of people.

Our Associate AE team is the primary pathway into Account Executive roles, and we invest heavily in people who grow with us.

Qualifications

• 2–5 years of software or SaaS sales experience.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• Experience selling to government or public sector is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Prospect named accounts and build pipeline.
• Own opportunities from discovery to close.
• Align agency goals with Granicus solutions and outcomes.
• Forecast accurately using Salesforce and Gong.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and learn for AE roles.
