Actalent is seeking an Assistant Project Manager for remote transmission and energy infrastructure projects across the United States. You will support planning, scheduling, budgets, and stakeholder communications on multi-million-dollar programs within power delivery, substation, EPC, and data center initiatives.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience supporting projects in electric utility, transmission, substation, EPC, or data center domains.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.

Responsibilities

• Support project planning, execution, and delivery of transmission, substation, and power infrastructure projects.
• Coordinate schedules, budgets, milestones, and deliverables from kickoff through closeout.
• Track financials, invoices, forecasts, and capital budgets.
• Assist with reporting, risk management, and stakeholder communications.
• Support contract administration, procurement, and change management processes.
