Job summary

Electric Power Engineers, LLC is seeking a remote Project Manager in the United States to lead turnkey EPC power delivery projects. You will oversee planning, scheduling, risk, and financials while coaching staff and collaborating with clients to drive project success.

The role emphasizes strong communication, multi-tasking, and leveraging AI/automation tools to improve quality and productivity. Travel is occasional to client sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in engineering or related field from an accredited program.
• Minimum 2 years of related experience in managing Turnkey EPC power delivery projects.
• Proven ability to develop business and establish relationships with clients.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Leads the project team, establishes the project execution approach and oversees project hand-over, execution planning, and monitoring and control activities.
• Coaches and provides performance feedback for project staff.
• Contributes to continuous improvement of policies and work instructions and leads project reviews.
• Acts in and supports internal and external expert groups related to project management.
