Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions is seeking an Assistant General Counsel for Archimedes to lead a legal team and provide day-to-day support on contracts, regulatory matters, and strategic initiatives. You will work closely with the Chief Legal Officer to ensure legal risk is managed across products, licensing, employment, and IT systems.

The role requires a JD/LLM from an ABA-accredited school, licensure in at least one state (Wisconsin preferred), and 6+ years of relevant experience in PBM or health

Qualifications

• JD or LLM from ABA-accredited law school.
• Active license to practice law in at least one US state; Wisconsin preferred.
• 6+ years of legal experience; PBM or health insurance exposure preferred.
• Experience drafting, reviewing, and negotiating contracts; regulatory literacy.
• Ability to lead a legal team and collaborate across functions.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for Archimedes and manage a legal team.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates.
• Ensure licensing and regulatory compliance for Archimedes.
• Advise on contracts, products, employment, IP, real estate, and strategic planning.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align legal strategy with business goals.
• Research statutes, case law, and regulatory developments as needed.
