Job summary

Navitus Health Solutions seeks an Assistant General Counsel to lead a legal team supporting Archimedes and collaborating with Navitus on complex contracts, regulatory issues, and IT systems. The role reports to the Chief Legal Officer and drives policy updates, contract templates, and vendor relationships.

The ideal candidate has a JD/LLM from an ABA-accredited school, licensure in at least one U.S. state, 6+ years of legal experience in PBM or health insurance, and proven ability to manage

Qualifications

• Juris Doctorate or LLM from ABA-accredited law school.
• License to practice law in at least one US state.
• 6+ years of legal experience.
• Direct experience in PBM or health insurance.
• Proficiency with Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Teams.
• Support compliance program objectives.
• Collaborative and respectful team interaction.

Responsibilities

• Provide analysis and counsel on contracts, statutes and regulations.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts for Archimedes and related entities.
• Manage licensing and regulatory requirements.
• Guide IT systems from a legal perspective and shape organizational direction.
• Update policies and procedures related to legal needs.
• Lead and develop the legal team to meet organizational needs.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across Navitus and Archimedes.
