Qualifications

• JD or equivalent degree required.

• 6+ years of legal experience required.
• Direct experience in PBM or health insurance industry is required.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day legal support for Archimedes and manage a team of attorneys and paralegals.
• Draft, review, and negotiate contracts and maintain templates.
• Ensure compliance with state, federal, and local laws; advise on licenses and regulatory requirements.
• Support initiatives from a legal perspective related to contracts and IT systems.
