Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to serve as the face of the company to our dealer partners. The role focuses on increasing funded deals by onboarding and managing growth with dealers in the local region, using a consultative sales approach.

You will work remotely and on the road as needed, reporting to Regional Sales Managers. Training is provided to ensure success in the field, with a collaborative team that supports overcoming sales barriers.

Qualificações

• Working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or Car Dealership.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Clear and effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Results oriented and able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel up to 75% of the time.

Responsabilidades

• Present and communicate products and services to dealership management in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from dealer calls.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within independent and franchise networks.
• Maintain regular communication with dealer partners on current programs.
• Train dealers on Western Funding processes and documentation for fast funding.
