Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager in the United States to expand funded deals by partnering with automotive dealers. The role requires traveling up to 75% and remote work, reporting to Regional Sales Managers.

You will onboard and manage dealer growth across your region and perform consultative sales with strong relationship-building. Initial training is provided to ensure success. A background in automotive/finance sales and the ability to present confidently to varied

Qualifications

• Must have a High School diploma or equivalent.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealerships.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal and communication skills.
• Knowledge of warm calling, appointment setting, and sales techniques.
• Strong computer skills and adaptability to new technology.
• Results oriented; able to work independently and in a team.
• Willing to travel up to 75% to visit auto dealers.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate products to management at dealerships in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from calls.
• Develop and grow dealer partners within independent and franchise communities.
• Maintain clear communication with dealer partners on programs.
• Train dealers on proper documentation for fast funding.
