Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to expand dealer relationships and drive financing for customers across local regions. The role involves in-person and travel duties, remote work, and a strong consultative sales approach.

You will train and support dealer partners, manage ongoing programs, and identify growth opportunities with independent and franchise dealers. This full-time position reports to Regional Sales Managers and requires up to 75% travel.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealerships desired.
• 1-2 years in a challenging sales role with proven success.
• Clear, effective presentation skills.
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Present company products and services to management within dealerships in person.
• Identify sales prospects and contact accounts assigned to you.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within independent and franchise communities.
• Communicate current programs with dealer partners regularly.
• Train dealers in Western Funding processes and documentation for fast funding of contracts.
