Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to partner with Independent and Franchise dealers across North America. You will travel to dealerships, present financing solutions, and grow a dealer network while ensuring fast funding of contracts.

The role includes training, prospecting, and maintaining strong relationships with dealers. Remote-friendly and field-based, you will report to Regional Sales Managers and contribute to a fast-growing auto finance program.

Qualifications

• MS Office Suite proficiency required.
• High School diploma or equivalent is mandatory.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or Car Dealership.
• 1–2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.
• Effective presentation and communication skills.
• Willingness to travel up to 75% for dealer visits.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsabilités

• Present and communicate products to management at dealerships (live in person).
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts.
• Follow up on new leads and referrals from dealers.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships (Independent and Franchise).
• Maintain consistent communication with dealer partners on programs.
• Train dealers on Western Funding processes for fast funding.
