Job summary

Western Funding Inc. is seeking an Area Sales Manager to drive funded deals by partnering with Independent and Franchise dealerships across North America. You will be the face of the company to dealers, focusing on onboarding and managing growth within your regional dealer base.

The role is full-time, remote with substantial travel (up to 75%) and reports to Regional Sales Managers. Training is provided and a supportive team environment is emphasized to overcome sales barriers.

Qualifications

• Must have working knowledge of MS Office Suite (Outlook, Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• College degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• Strong knowledge of Automotive, Finance and Sales.
• Experience in Financial Services or car dealership.
• 1–2 years in a challenging sales role with a proven track record.

Responsibilities

• Present and communicate company products and services to all levels of management at dealerships.
• Identify sales prospects and contact assigned accounts and others.
• Follow-up on leads and referrals from dealership networks.
• Develop and grow dealer partnerships within Independent and Franchise networks.
• Maintain clear, regular communication with dealer partners about programs.
• Train dealers on proper documentation for fast funding of contracts.
