Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division seeks an Area Projects Operations Lead in a remote role with travel to Northeast US sites. You will support MTDC and hyperscale projects, maintain project records, coordinate with vendors and internal teams, and report revenue and risks to the Zone Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years of experience in project coordination or related field.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 applications including Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word and PowerPoint.
• Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites in Northeast US.
• This employer will not sponsor immigration status for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support for MTDC and hyperscale projects from setup to closeout.
• Update revenue projections weekly and flag risks to management.
• Track project revenue and reconcile with SAP, POs, invoices and docs.
• Maintain records in Procore, CxAlloy and similar platforms.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies.
