Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks an Area Projects Operations Lead. This remote role is based from a home office with travel to customer sites in the Northeast. Preferred locations include Hanover, MD; Manassas, VA; New York, NY; Richmond, VA; Warrendale, PA; Windsor, CT.

Anticipated salary ranges from $97,000 to $143,000 per year, depending on skills and experience. You’ll support MTDC and hyperscale projects, manage schedules, revenue, and vendor coordination across

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• Minimum 3 years in project coordination or related environments.
• Microsoft 365 apps experience (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to Northeast project sites.
• No immigration sponsorship for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support for MTDC and hyperscale projects from setup to closeout.
• Update revenue projections weekly and communicate changes to management.
• Reconcile project revenue with forecasts, SAP records, purchase orders, and invoices.
• Maintain project records in Procore, CxAlloy, and similar platforms.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor material availability and escalate schedule risks.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules with Area Supervisors and vendors.
• Ensure alignment of statements of work with SAP records and PO details.
