Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division is seeking an Area Projects Operations Lead to provide administrative and operational support for MTDC and hyperscale projects from initial setup through closeout.

The role reports to the Northeast Zone Manager, collaborates with Area Supervisors, customers, vendors and internal teams, and requires up to 25% travel within the Northeast US, with home-office remote work.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination or related environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites in the Northeast US.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support from setup through closeout.
• Update revenue projections weekly and communicate changes or risks.
• Track project revenue and reconcile with forecasts and invoices.
• Maintain project records in Procore and similar platforms.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing and billing discrepancies.
• Monitor material availability and escalate schedule risks.
• Coordinate staffing and project support with Area Supervisors and Vendors.
• Ensure alignment of statements of work with SAP records and coordinate corrections.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain information and provide status updates.
• Document decisions and actions from meetings and track overdue items.
• Collaborate with Zone Manager, Supervisors, field teams, and other stakeholders.
