Job summary

Eaton is seeking an Area Projects Operations Lead for its Critical Power Solutions Division. This remote role supports MTDC and hyperscale projects in the Northeast, with some travel to customer sites and occasional overnights.

The role reports to the Northeast Zone Manager and works with Area Supervisors, customers, vendors, and internal teams. The position emphasizes administrative and operational project support, revenue tracking, and maintaining accurate project records using Procore, SAP,

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination or related environments.
Experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites in the Northeast United States.

Responsibilities

Provide administrative project support for MTDC and hyperscale customer projects from setup through closeout.
Update revenue projections weekly and communicate changes or risks to management.
Track project revenue and reconcile it with SAP, PO, and invoices.
Maintain project records in Procore, CxAlloy, and similar platforms.
Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing or billing discrepancies.
Monitor material availability and address schedule risks with the Zone Manager.
