Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks an Area Projects Operations Lead. This is a remote position from a home office with travel to Northeast customer sites and occasional overnights.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination, field service administration, construction, data center support, or a related environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites within the Northeast region of the United States.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support for MTDC and hyperscale customer projects from setup through closeout.
• Update projected revenue and completion dates weekly; communicate changes or risks to Zone Manager and Area Supervisors.
• Track and reconcile project revenue with SAP records, purchase orders, and invoices; resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Maintain project records in Procore and CxAlloy, including schedules and closeouts.
• Review vendor invoices against quotes and documentation; resolve pricing or billing discrepancies.
• Monitor material availability and escalate schedule risks to stakeholders.
• Coordinate staffing and schedules with Area Supervisors and Vendors as needed.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain information and provide status updates.
