Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking an Area Projects Operations Lead. This is a remote position from a home office with travel to customer sites in the Northeast, including overnight stays as needed.

You’ll provide administrative and operational project support for MTDC and hyperscale projects, maintain records, track revenue, coordinate with customers and vendors, and help ensure on-time execution.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years in project coordination or related environment.
• Minimum of three (3) years experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% within Northeast US.
• Eaton will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support for strategic MTDC and hyperscale customer projects from setup through closeout.
• Weekly revenue projections updates and communication of material changes or risks to management.
• Track project revenue against forecasts and reconcile with SAP, invoices, and documents.
• Maintain project records in Procore and CxAlloy, uploading docs and updating schedules.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing or quantity discrepancies.
• Monitor material availability and escalate scheduling risks to management.
• Suggest staffing requirements and coordinate project support schedules.
• Compare statements of work with SAP records and coordinate corrections.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to obtain information and provide updates.
• Maintain accurate project files, forecasts, and closeout information.
• Support meetings by documenting decisions and tracking action items.
• Collaborate with Zone Manager, Supervisors, field teams, sales, procurement, and contracts.
• Perform additional project administration tasks as assigned.
