Job summary

Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions Division is seeking an Area Projects Operations Lead. This remote role is based from a home office with travel to customer sites across the Northeast, including Hanover, MD.

You will support MTDC and hyperscale projects, maintain records, and collaborate with customers, vendors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery. Ideal candidates have a Bachelor’s degree and 3+ years in project coordination, with proficiency in SAP, Procore, and Microsoft 365.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three years in project coordination or related environment.
• Experience with Microsoft 365 apps (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to Northeast project sites.
• No immigration sponsorship support will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Provide administrative project support for MTDC and hyperscale customer projects from setup to closeout.
• Update revenue projections weekly and flag risks to Zone Manager and Area Supervisors.
• Track project revenue and reconcile with forecasts, SAP records, POs, and invoices.
• Maintain project records in Procore, CxAlloy, and similar platforms; upload docs and update schedules.
• Review vendor invoices and resolve pricing or billing discrepancies.
• Monitor material availability and escalate schedule risks to the Zone Manager.
• Coordinate staffing and project support schedules with Area Supervisors and Vendors.
• Communicate with customers/vendors to obtain information and provide status updates.
• Document decisions and track action items from meetings; escalate overdue issues.
