Eaton’s Critical Power Solutions (CPS) Division seeks an Area Projects Operations Lead for a remote, home-office role with travel to Northeast customer sites. Preferred locations include Warrendale, PA and surrounding Northeast cities; salary anticipated between $97,000 and $143,000 annually.

Role entails robust project administration, revenue tracking, and cross‑functional collaboration with Zone Managers, Vendors, and Finance. Travel up to 25% required; no immigration sponsorship offered.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree required from an accredited institution.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience in project coordination, field service administration, construction, data center support, or related environments.
• Minimum of three (3) years of experience with Microsoft 365 applications (Excel, Outlook, Teams, Word, PowerPoint).
• Ability to travel up to 25% to project sites within the Northeast region of the United States.
• U.S. work authorization; employer will not sponsor immigration for this position.

Responsabilidades

• Provide administrative project support for MTDC and hyperscale customer projects from start to closeout.
• Update revenue projections and completion dates weekly; communicate material changes or risks.
• Track and reconcile project revenue with forecasts, SAP, POs, invoices; resolve discrepancies with Finance.
• Maintain project records in Procore, CxAlloy, and similar platforms; upload docs and update schedules.
• Review vendor invoices against quotes; contact vendors to resolve pricing and billing issues.
• Monitor material availability; escalate schedule risks to Zone Manager and Area Supervisors.
• Recommend staffing and coordinate project support with Area Supervisors and Vendors.
• Compare statements of work with SAP records; coordinate corrections with internal teams.
• Communicate with customers and vendors to gather information and provide status updates.
• Keep accurate project files, forecasts, invoices, and closeout data; document decisions.
• Support meetings by tracking action items and escalating overdue issues.
• Collaborate with Zone Manager, Area Supervisors, field service, sales, finance, procurement, contracts, suppliers, and others.
• Perform additional project administration as assigned by Zone Manager.
