Job summary

Oldcastle APG, Inc. is seeking an Architectural Sales Representative to drive profitable fence materials revenue in the Central market. Remote role, servicing architects, designers, and contractors, leveraging multiple brands to grow partnerships and win new accounts.

The candidate will manage a regional pipeline, conduct product presentations, and collaborate with internal teams on pricing and solutions. Travel up to 50% is required; a Bachelor's degree and 5+ years of B2B sales in building

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree or combination of education and experience preferably in Construction Management, Architecture, or Engineering.
• 5+ years B2B sales; preferably in fencing or another building-materials industry.
• Knowledge or ability to help customers design and quote and price specific custom-build fence or railing projects.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite- Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Ability to travel up to 50%
• Ability to lift up to 25 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Achieve sales revenue and profitability targets within the assigned territory.
• Promote products to architectural firms, design-build firms, and other companies that specify our products.
• Maintain current architect account base and develop new accounts for revenue growth.
• Consult with prospects and customers to develop the business within each marketplace.
• Attend customer events, tradeshows, or other events to build brand awareness in the territory.
• Present to architects to create market demand for products.
