Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years in a law firm practice support role or with advanced Microsoft apps.
• Typing speed of at least 70 wpm with high accuracy.
• Ability to coordinate with multiple departments and work beyond standard hours when needed.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to the needs of the department's clients.
• Support high-quality legal services.
• Prepare and process correspondence and complex legal documents.
• Create and update tables of contents and tables of authorities.
• Revise documents with blacklines and track changes.
• Convert information to Word, Excel, or PowerPoint.
• Prepare fillable PDF forms and merged documents.
• Collaborate with ARC Specialists across offices to ensure efficiency.
