Ballard Spahr LLP is seeking an ARC Specialist to provide document production, administrative and clerical support to attorneys and staff. The role requires coordinating with multiple departments, producing complex legal documents, and maintaining filing workflows with minimal supervision.

The position offers remote work if located in a state with Ballard presence, with hours 7:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. EST. Salary targets range from $55,000 to $65,000 depending on experience and location.

Qualifications

• Requires high school diploma; college degree or certificate preferred.
• Typing speed of at least 70 words per minute with high accuracy.
• Experience coordinating and communicating with multiple departments in a professional environment.

Responsibilities

• Anticipate and respond to the needs of the department's clients.
• Prepare and process correspondence and complex legal documents.
• Create and update tables of contents and tables of authorities.
• Revise legal documents and produce blacklines and track-change comparisons.
• Convert information to Word, Excel or PowerPoint.
• Prepare fillable PDF forms and merged documents.
• Collaborate with ARC Specialists to ensure firm-wide efficiency.
