Market My Market is a fast-growing marketing agency seeking a full-time HubSpot Commerce Specialist to own the full billing lifecycle, including subscriptions, payment links, and invoices, with reconciliation to QuickBooks. This remote role requires availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours and strong client communication.

You will support forecasting, reporting, and process efficiency, handle collections, prorations, credits, refunds, and ensure accurate receivables while scaling

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Commerce for subscriptions, payments, and invoices.
• Experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks.
• 4+ years in accounts receivable, billing, or similar finance operations.
• Capable of handling high transaction volumes in a fast-growth setting.
• Strong written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
• Detail-oriented with solid organizational habits.
• Process-improvement mindset to boost efficiency as volume grows.

Responsibilities

• Set up and manage recurring subscriptions in HubSpot Commerce.
• Create and send payment links and generate invoices at scale.
• Apply incoming payments and resolve failed/declined transactions.
• Follow up on past-due balances and manage collections.
• Process prorations, credits, refunds, upgrades and downgrades.
• Reconcile HubSpot Commerce with QuickBooks to align transactions and balances.
• Investigate discrepancies between platforms.
• Maintain AR reporting and aging for leadership reviews.
