Job summary

Market My Market is a fast-growing marketing agency hiring a full-time HubSpot Commerce Specialist to own the full billing and collections lifecycle. You will process subscriptions, payment links, and invoices, reconcile HubSpot with QuickBooks, and support forecasting and reporting.

This remote role requires availability during Eastern Time Zone business hours. Ideal candidates have 4+ years in AR or billing, hands-on HubSpot Commerce experience, and strong communication skills.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience with HubSpot Commerce processing subscriptions, payment links, and invoices.
• Experience reconciling billing platforms against QuickBooks.
• 4+ years in accounts receivable or billing in a fast-growth environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication for client-facing work.
• Detail-oriented with strong organizational habits and process improvement mindset.
• Available to work full-time on Eastern Time business hours.

Responsibilities

• Billing & Payments: Set up and manage recurring subscriptions, create/send payment links and generate invoices, apply payments, and resolve failures.
• Reconciliation & Accuracy: Reconcile HubSpot Commerce with QuickBooks, investigate discrepancies, maintain clean records.
• Client Communication: Serve as the point of contact for billing questions and disputes, coordinate adjustments with clients.
• Forecasting, Reporting & Efficiency: Support revenue forecasting and AR reporting, deliver leadership reports, identify automation opportunities.
