Job summary

Keenfinity is seeking an Accounts Receivable Specialist to support AR operations across a multi-segment, high-mix/low-volume business. You will manage customer accounts, ensure timely invoice collection, and help optimize cash flow.

You will partner with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance to resolve billing issues, monitor aging, and support onboarding with accurate billing setup. The role offers hybrid/remote work in the United States.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of progressive experience in Accounts Receivable.
• Experience with SAP and billing reconciliations.
• Experience in consumer industry, high-mix, low-volume, international team.
• Strong data and financial affinity; able to analyze invoices and credit risk.

Responsibilities

• Manage an assigned portfolio of customer accounts and collect invoices.
• Review aging reports and prioritize collections.
• Support DSO improvement and working capital optimization.
• Perform account reconciliations and resolve billing discrepancies.
• Monitor accounts for credit or collection risk.
• Maintain accurate customer records and documentation.
• Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Operations, and Finance.
• Support onboarding with correct billing setup and information.
• Work with third-party collection partners when needed.
• Contribute to process improvement and automation.
• Foster cross-functional teamwork.
