Qualifications

• Ability to qualify leads and schedule appointments consistently.
• Comfortable working in a remote sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Contact potential customers through outbound calls, email, social media, and other channels.
• Introduce the company, products, or services in a professional manner.
• Qualify leads by identifying needs and fit.
• Schedule qualified appointments for the sales team.
• Confirm appointments and follow up to reduce no-shows.
• Maintain consistent follow-up with prospects not ready to schedule.
• Handle basic questions and objections with a positive approach.
• Record prospect interactions and appointments in the CRM.
• Manage calendars and coordinate times between prospects and reps.
• Meet daily/weekly/monthly appointment targets.
• Collaborate with sales to transfer and follow up on qualified leads.
