Qualifications

• 1+ year of call center experience required.

• Experience with Lead Perfection CRM a plus.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Engage with prospective clients to set appointments.
• Be a subject matter expert and communicate the value of products and services.
• Handle a high volume of inbound/outbound calls and meet appointment goals.
• Follow the sales process for appointment setting and confirm client information.
• Log activity in CRM accurately.
• Provide a high level of customer service to ensure a positive experience.
