Shugarman’s Bath, a fast-growing Southern California bathroom remodeling company, is seeking an Appointment Setter for remote, full-time work. Base pay plus uncapped incentives, with total compensation potential of $50,000–$70,000+ annually.

You will engage homeowners, qualify leads, and set appointments for Design Consultants, contributing to a team-driven sales process while working from a home office.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in inside sales or appointment setting is preferred.
• Strong phone presence and ability to ask discovery questions.
• Comfortable in a remote, high-volume sales environment.

Responsibilities

• Make a high volume of outbound calls and handle inbound calls when needed.
• Convert leads into qualified appointments for Design Consultants.
• Ask discovery questions to understand project needs and timeline.
• Build value in the consultation and secure the appointment.
• Follow up with leads via phone, text, and email and update CRM.
