Job summary

Shugarman’s Bath is hiring an In-Home Sales Representative to design and sell shower and bath renovations in San Diego County. You will run two appointments per day, close 2–3 sales weekly, and operate as a W2 employee with uncapped commissions.

Training and top-tier products help drive customer conversions. Applicants should be able to engage homeowners, build trust, and explain options, warranties, and financing clearly.

Qualifications

• In-home sales experience or ability to learn sales processes.
• Strong communication and listening skills.
• Ability to persuade and close sales.
• Comfort with presenting and engaging homeowners.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home design consultations and sales presentations.
• Meet or exceed sales targets and close deals.
• Capture accurate measurements and project details for production.
