Job summary

Shugarman’s Bath is seeking an In-Home Sales Representative to design and sell shower/bath renovations in San Diego County. The role focuses on selling with pre-set appointments and offers uncapped commissions, reporting to the Sales Manager/Owner.

Earn from $150,000 to $350,000 annually with a W2 employment model. You will conduct two appointments per day and aim to close multiple sales weekly, leveraging top-tier products and training.

Qualifications

• Must have reliable transportation, valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Must be able to obtain Home Improvement Salesperson License; CSLB background check required.

Responsibilities

• Lead in-home design consultations with tailored solutions.
• Drive for results by meeting sales targets and delivering great service.
• Capture accurate measurements for production planning.
• Explain material options, timelines, and financing to homeowners.
• Guide buyers through decision-making and close sales.
• Deliver clear contracts to support operations and handoffs.
